category links in table?

category links in table?
I can't figure this out from within the templates or CSS, but it seems that the category links are put in a table with a empty column, pushing the category links to the right, in fact, indenting them. I've looked in all my templates, in the CSS... but I don't see anything that puts category links in a table. But, my html output is definitely in a table.

How can I change this? Is it embedded in a cgi file?
