Inside the <VirtualHost> section for the domain you want, add:
PerlRequire /home/mydomain/startup.pl
<Location /sql2>
SetHandler perl-script
PerlHandler Apache::Registry
PerlSendHeader On
Options +ExecCGI
</Location>
and in your startup.pl add:
use lib '/path/to/admin';
use Links::mod_perl;
1;
Then restart. However, this is not the best for heavy loads, as you want to have a dual apache configuration as described in the URL I posted.
