You know this Quote feature... Well, I was just thinking...

Is the following possible in Javascript?

You seletect text in the window, then you click a button and only the text you selected gets quoted in the post-reply window?

Has anyone seen or heard of this kind of feature? It can be done with your normal mail client, and I'm not sure, but I think it can be done with Hotmail too.

Would this be easy to do? I think this would be a great feature if it could.

The situation cropped up when I was trying to quote someone's signature, while of course, the signature doesn't get automaticaly included in the current quote feature.

This would be a great featrue for long messages, if this is at all possible?
