I've gotten to the Import Data section as described on page 37 in the manual. There's a screenshot on page 38 of what it should look like, but mine doesn't match.

The manual tells me that there should be a section called "Fields to Import" containing 2 list boxes which are necessary for specifying the order of the data I am about to import.

That area is missing from my screen. Can you tell me what the problem is? Thanks.
