Aye. I've got it as a simple text field now, just recently put in a State field as well, so this post. With that I found my alumni covering 43 states and 6 countries.

I think I've seen stuff like this as well at the Microsoft sites, just didn't think I could pick it up from the viewing their Source. I'll keep looking.
