This is what's happening:
Signing up, a user enters an existing email (any@anyemail.com), fills out all demographic info. Jumps going next to fill out the Login info. with a new email (@myserver.com) then got 'A Fatal Error Message':

GT::Mail::Send (872): SMTP: Local user 'javier4u@aol.com' unknown on host '[undefined]'. Server said: 550 ... Relaying denied
at /usr/local/etc/httpd/cgi-bin/webmail/admin/GT/Mail.pm line 298.
If someone knows how to fix this, or can give me an idea if probably my setup is not correct. Thanks.
