HELP: Crazy index.html

HELP: Crazy index.html
Hi to all,
I have a problem may be with cache.
My index page usually turns to my old page.
Everytime i upload the new index.html then i see it that is ok and after 10 minutes dissapear to my old index.html
Anyone who can help???
