A month ago the power grid went out where my site is hosted, the backup generator failed and all the servers crashed. After the system and server software was reinstalled I found some of my scripts weren't working any more. They're all back but the Links script, and I'm stuck as to what to do next.
Apparently the date is wrong? The error I get is:

My only though currently is that is has something to do with the "-1802" part, but don't know why this would be different now than before.
