I found this in 2.0.2 - I'm not sure if it has been fixed in 2.0.3 or not so thought I'd mention it anyway just in case not.

I added a new user through the admin interface, but it didn't require a 'domain' to be selected - it simply added the user to the list without any complaints.

If I'm right it should actually require a domain to be selected when you're adding a new user from anywhere. Maybe this is fixed in 2.0.3?
