Please excuses this simple question from an experienced Links SQL user Tongue

I cant find a way to display the subcategories of the main categories on the home page as shown in the Links demo.

Looking at the original templates, I see a <%if Related%>@<%endif%> tag, is this correct for the display? as I cant get this to work.
