Welp, I finally got Links installed! <cheers for self>

And I have a *very* quick question. When I create a category, I want to use apostrophe's and spaces in the category name. Now, I searched in the Links Discussion folder and there was mention of a non-english modification. I took a look at it and it seems like it's what I need. However, the mod was in the Links1.1 folder. I just wanted to make sure that there wasn't a version of the non-english modification for Links2.0. And to make doubly sure that it'll let me put apostrophe's and spaces in the category name before I go and muck around with what I've got working!
