I want to buy Links SQL but I have a few questions before I do!

I want to import the entire United Kingdom section of DMOZ into my site - has anyone got this file already set for LINKS SQL -- and if so how much money will it cost for me to buy this ?! :)

Secondly - if people add their own sites to my search engine and later on I update the DMOZ dump for my site, how do I make sure the sites people have added are not deleted by the new DMOZ update I have just imported?

Lastly(!) Any news on the My SQL Links program? I really really need this :)))
