I'm working my way through a series of problems in getting Links 2 to work for me. My current difficulty is that even though nph is building my pages, I can't access them. I get a File Not Found error. If I type the URL into a browser, it changes from the index.html page to links.css, & then says it's not found.

How do I fix this?
