User -> Options -> Compose - Reply-To

If I'm logged in as a user and I choose to supply a different 'Reply-To' address, neither the radio button setting or the email address I enter is saved. I'm not sure if it currently does, but I think it should also test the validity of the email address supplied - at least it's format anyway.
