my shared setup doesn't work, can someone give me and idea how to set this up, im using ipop3d for popper, what will be the permissions for the gossamer files.?

when i try to send email on my shared account it always bounce back, when i checked my maillog it say's user unknown.


Any help or ideas greatly appreciated.
