I have this problem with popular cutoff. I want to make it that the link is popular when it has 1000 clicks, but dunno what to do. $db_popular_cutoff is set to 10 so that a top 10 on what's cool pages be build and the standard 2 hits is still on, when I build pages... got very stuck and dunno what to do... any ideas?
