Something seems to be going wrong when a user tries to alter their 'Reply Format' under Options/Compose/Text Format - it doesn't update the information. I tested it on the gossamer test site as well.

You can make changes to the 'Forward Format' just under it and they're updated ok, but any made to the 'Reply Format' are not saved.

Also, the 'help section' link under that section takes the user to an expired session page if you're not using cookies to pass the session id.
