That doesn't seem to make sense?

A user still 'has' to enter an email address, but it doesn't have to be real? I can't really see the point of making users enter one at all if you don't want to validate it.

Alex, if you read this - is this something that will also be fixed in the next beta release?

If a user signs up and doesn't have a current email address then it seems to be a waste of space.
