I just finished importing ~23,000 links from the open dircetory to my site which previously had just over 2,000 links.
Repair tables went fine.
When running "rebuild search" the process gets killed before it gets to 2,000 links (I tried both the web admin and shell). I should mention that I'm on virtual hosting, and I suspect the process might be killed because of server resources.
Is there anyway around this? Can I make it re-index from the point is stopped on the previous run (that way after running the program 10-15 times it will finish re-indexing)? Is there any other solution?

Any advice would be helpful.
