i found the solution:
open nph-build.cgi and goto sub _build_home
and look for :
print "Building <a href='$CFG->{build_root_url}/$CFG->{build_index}' target='_blank'>Home Page</a>

then change {build_root_url} to the path of the directory you want your main page to be listed under
