I am not good in scripting at all...
I finished downloading and uploading contevt.rdf.tar to my server.
is there anyone that can give me a detalied - for dummies - instructions about how to continue from here?
I tried the custom jobs but the prices are way beyond what I can afford.

please help.. And I am sure such instructions will help many other users as well since I could not find any detalied instruction on how to import RDF files.
