Nominate It --> Simply hack the Recommend it Modification...rather than sending the email to someone, have it sent to the admin email address

Awards --> Editor Pick Mod located in the Resources section

These MODS will not conflict, IF you install each mod individually and make back-ups of your files as you go along.
