Cant build on IIS5 Win2K

Cant build on IIS5 Win2K
I used IIS 5 Win2K and when i build i always got Permission Denion , CHMOD directory to 0777, but i cant do that on NT, so how do i set permission on IIS, i tried check Write on IIS Admin to that directory and permission to the scripts and Executables but ti still cant build, Help me pls.!...
