I had problems trying to get the mod to work, and I realized that maybe it was due to an email conflict.
The only address was the one I set up in the initial install admin + email for LinkSQL. But, this prevented the w3t plug-in from appearing to work.
Suggestion: Report specifically that "duplicate Email address" exists, so that the error is obvious. I chased my curly little tail on that one for awhile, and I'm sure others are going to end up doing that too.
