I have installed 2.0.1 and imported the data from v1.13
When in setup:build settings I set the options, the program does not keep the following (remain unselected):
db_gen_category_list
build_new_gb
build_cool_gb
build_category_yahoo
foreign_char

Also in globals when I change the site title it says it cannot overwrite globals.txt - permissions problem.

Is this all related to permissions? I haven't found any installation instructions about.
