I messed up with the ownership of entries so had to change it to another field. Things are a bit screwed up at the moment as accounts and view but not edit their own records.

I am not clear on how "ownership" works in Dbman and how I can solve this problem, so that accounts can modify their own records. Any advice on how to deal with this problem?
