It was suggested that I move this question to this forum.
I just did a fresh install of beta5, and I am unable to run nph-build.cgi. No pages are created and I receive a "page cannot be displayed" error. All paths are correct. I tried the fix to remove the "BEGIN local eval require Time::HiRes; import Time::HiRes qw/time/; but due to permissions I am unable to overwrite the files. It seems by the posts in this forum that this is a known problem. How do I correct it?
BTW- when is the final release coming out?
