beta 4 plugin download not work

beta 4 plugin download not work
I just installed beta4 w/o any difficulty. I also have a beta2 version which downloads plugin within seconds. However, I got timeout when downloading plugin with beta4. Does anybody else have this problem?

I run both versions on my win2k local machine with modem connection.
