Utilizo el xitami y perl para correr en localhost el links.

http://localhost/cgi-bin/links/admin/admin.cgi

Cuando cargo el Panel de control, todo funciona bien, entonces añado una categoria y me sale la pantalla para hacerlo, pero cuando confirmo con añadir, lo que hace es aparecer de nuevo en el frame derecho el panel de control, sin crearme la categoria. Solo ocurre eso !!!!

Los paths esta bien configurados ya lo he consultado, por si acaso los pongo:
