Actually the setup for the machine is very reasonable, they advertise a setup fee of $200.00.

Well for the speed and hardware I want my server to have, colocation is cheaper considering operational costs at yearly intervals but it comes with the high initial cost which is something that I'm am comfortable with.
Say I did go the dedicated route, for the same or comparable hardware specs that I want, the price per month would be $700.00 per month and greater, that's the main problem I see with dedicated hosting.
