Well...the error message indicates that you are NOT using the correct ABSOLUTE path in the require line in the admin.cgi and in the path variables (e.g., $db_script_path, $build_root_path, etc.) in your links.cfg file.

Either search this forum for finding your absolute path via telnet OR contact your hosting company for information about your account and setting up custom CGI scripts.
