Despite having installed Links successfully on a couple of Unix systems, tonight I was getting the mysterious "permission denied" error while trying to build the pages on a NT system--just like a couple of others who have been asking the same question in this forum this past month.

I really did think I had set the correct path to perl. I was wrong.
