Yes, it's still being enhanced. We have a few items we've done as custom jobs that will get rolled back into the next update, as well as a few features planned for Gossamer List. It doesn't get the same crowd on the forum as it doesn't have the same size userbase, and the users that do have it tend to not post here (more the marketing type then the get into code type). =)
As for not being on the main scripts page, that's just a problem on our end. We are working on a new site that will help us keep things better up to date.
