I just did a job for something like this... pretty cool idea. Basically, you have different config files. The script goes through, does some renaming stuff to the config files, runs a build, loads the next config file, does another build, and once it reaches the end, it restores the default ConfigData.pm file. Only limitation is scripts like search.cgi, add.cgi, etc.
