Oops, that should say "the program includes installation only once" (the first installation is free and on us -- guarantees you get the program up and working properly).
You can definitely move your installation, or do a clean install in a second place (remember one license == one install though). It's just that there is only one free install. We normally charge $75 to move or do a re-install.
