When I attempt to load the admin.cgi script I get the frameset but in each frame it says:

"Error! The database program was sent a command it did not recognize. Remember this script must be called by the included HTML files."

The problem is when I downloaded the zip there were no admin .html files - only the templates.

Any suggestions?
