okay.. here's The Weather Channel (channel 41 on Adelphia cable in Blacksburg, Virginia). I've got the software set up to capture from my tv tuner instead of the webcam.

Well, I was running one for a little while but had to shut it down again when the project I was on ended... moved back to my desk and neither my NT or my Linux box would run the camera.
