admin.cgi error/Win 98
I am using Win 98 with Apache Web Server. Perl works, the Apache server works. When I go to:

http://www.anywhere.com/cgi-bin/links/admin/admin.cgi,

I get an Internal Server Error (500). When I look at the server log, it shows this:

[Wed May 24 15:34:36 2000] [error] [client 159.121.122.11] (2)No such file or directory: couldn't spawn child process: c:/program files/apache group/apache/cgi-bin/links/admin/admin.cgi

I have checked paths over and over and can't see anything wrong.
I am using ABSOLUTE paths in the admin.cgi and links.cfg, so.........?

Try using IP Address rather than your domain name.

I am using my IP. I just used www.anywhere.com as an example.

Have you mapped both .cgi and .pl scripts to be executed in your web server?
