Our problem is: If we have more than 20 entrys in a categrory or subcategory Links 2.0 shows only the first 20 links. There is no possibility to view the missing links.

Do you by any chance have the following settings in Links.cfg:
$build_span_pages = 1;
$build_links_per_page = 20;
If so, have you modified the span pages routine? It's a stretch, but I can't think why else it would stop at 20. You can ftp or telnet into one of the directories which should have more than 20 links and see if there is a "more1.html" page that is not being linked with a span pages link.
