I placed this in a new thread as I thought it may be easier searched later for someone with the same query

I have two copies of links operating totally seperatley on my domain, can I have two different cookies, one for each. I had thought.

mylinks.cgi

By using different names in the file where it says MyLinks.

The cookies are stored by domain. You will have to have two separate copies of mylinks.cgi script for each copy of your LINKS, which designates the separate .def file.
