Cleaning new database import
We are creating a new subsite (on different domain) from our large links sql site.

We have imported all links from the existing large site, and have deleted the links which we dont want.

Now we have left out with 2,000 links out of 20,000.

But link numbers are from 1 to 20,000,

we want to clean up that, and would like to renumber all links from 1 to 2000.

How can we accomplish that? is it possible or not.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah.. thats possible... but not easy :( You would need to write a script, that would go through your database... edit the links ID numbers, and then cross reference this change in lsql_CatLinks Unsure
