Andy, what I am meaning to ask is - if I put the <%include menu.html%>
in my main page.. how will my page know what script to access. Does this mean that I'd have to put my main page index.shtml in the templates file? That won't work.. so do I have to put something in the index.shtml file that will direct it to use the links script? that's why I assumed taht just having <%include menu.html%> would leave the it orphaned. Else how would simply inserting <%include menu.html%> in my main page possibly work? Do you see what I'm saying?

Hi....you can't use paths of the files, but rather just files that are located in the /admin/templates/ folder.
