Does KarmaPolice delete in plugin lists?
I can not find the KarmaPolice now in plugin list .

Now I have a good idea about KarmaPolice ,Who can realize it ?

the karma is only a positive number like 1,2,3,4,5. when a user karma a post ,the number will add up to a value of post owner. And now user_post_title = post_num + all_post_karma .

Now when the user 's post obtian more karma, as well as he post more good posts, His title is more quickly reach a high grade .
