Some links are not working

Some links are not working
I have links2 with about 330 sites indexed, I noticed that upto 279 sites, the script is working fine; example if I click http://www.mysite.com/cgi-bin/links/cgi-bin/jump.cgi?
ID=330 The system is not redirectiong to the liked site, instead trying to save the JUMP.CGI file.

If I try http://www.mysite.com/cgi-bin/links/cgi-bin/jump.cgi?ID=245 It works fine.

Please help

I noticed now that the script is not writing any new url records to url.db file.

Please help

Is url.db CHMODed to 666?
