Interesting discovery.
I tried submitting to links from another one of my sites and the referer caught it right away and said I would have to visit the site to make a submission. Just what a good referer is supposed to do!

I then opened the add.cgi page and "saved as" into one of my MS Front Page Editors directories. I then opened the saved page in Front Page and did a submission through that page from my home DSL account.

Guess What??? It went right through. Kind of makes you wonder how many spammers are saving submission pages in Front Page??

What to do about it? I dono.

Port the Block URL Modification located here:

Add 127.0.0.1 and localhost into the array that blocks URLs.
