Thanks for the reply.

For some reason rackshack.net is pointing to 127.0.1.1 - you can verify this by doing a whois at netsol.com

I know that RackShack is now ev1servers.com but I didn't think they had shut down their domain name. Even if they have, I'm not sure why it's pointing to 127.0.1.1.
