Have to do a Repair DB daily coz of that "Days_Old" plugin which always causes broken images. Did rebuild search too to no effect.

However, after changing the search options in admin to following:

search_bool OR
search_substring Off

Things did start to work. Not sure why but yes it does work. Technically,
http://www.domain.tld (www.domain.tld is a substring) is a substring of nothing but with substring set to On, the search result only listed the link when domain.tld was searched.

Anything will do as long as users are happy
