As Britannica.com says, a programmer is defined as;

one that programs: as a : a person who prepares and tests programs for devices (as computers) b : one that programs a mechanism c : one that prepares instructional or educational programs.

Mmm...now, my main part time job (for after collage), is to test a PROGRAM! And, Programming PHP and Perl is yet another example. Being a programmer has notthing to do with your ability to do it! If someone can write a basic hello world script they ARE a programmer (not a very good one, but a programmer none the less Wink

)

now, I know you even said that you yourself could not be classed as a programmer, but I think a lot of people would disagree Wink
