Oh, i didn't hear about that. How could it be terrorists though, because they said American Airlines had already changed their cockpit door structure to be more secure. Unless of course that is when the "terrorists" could have detonated some explosive. Then engine failure definitely couldn't have been the only factor. In any case, for a professional built plane like that, the engine doesn't just fall out so yes dynamite could have been a reason.
