I installed Gossamer Community a few months ago and set signup_random_image to yes. All was working well until recently the random image became broken. I suspect this may be to do with an htaccess file that I may have deleted in error. Unfortunately I am away from my office and don't have access to all backups etc to check. Can anyone please confirm whether I need an htaccess file (mod rewrite??) and what should be included, or any other ideas why the image would suddenly go broken?

Hi,

Those images are generated via a script, not a static image.

Could you check your error logs? Could be a problem like I had before - where the .png extension stopped working in GD (which the GT::Image::Security modules uses).
